Fantastic location with great food options

I had a wonderful stay during my visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view of the ocean. I especially enjoyed the variety of dining options available. the pizza place was a highlight. the parking fees were a bit of a downside.

Great Location with Room for Improvement

The ocean view from my room was stunning, and I loved the proximity to the boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy the beach. The room was spacious, but cleanliness was lacking, with fingerprints on the glass and some used towels folded as new ones. It would really help if room service paid more attention to cleaning details.

Had an amazing time! The Spinach Salad was a stunning presentation and tasting it was delightful. Also, Chef Sovann Sot addressing our soup concern was a nice touch. Can't wait to go back!

Plus, good luck with the pool; it was closed for renovations, which was a letdown when you’re looking to unwind after a long day on the boardwalk. Security felt lax at times in quieter areas, potentially making some guests uneasy while navigating around. This mix of pricing and last-minute adjustments didn’t quite match expectations for a hotel at this price point.

We stayed in an Ocean Tower Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean, with a gorgeous ocean view and big bathroom. The staff were super friendly. We enjoyed great meals at nearby dining options and had fun in the casino. The fitness and spa facilities were nice too!

The location was a highlight as it was conveniently close to the boardwalk and other attractions like Steel Pier. the overall service left much to be desired, with delayed responses about room issues and unfulfilled requests for extra towels. Despite these setbacks, we did enjoy being able to easily explore the nearby attractions.

I also faced some issues with my room shower leaking, which was frustrating. Despite these hiccups, my overall experience was still enjoyable as I appreciated the stunning views and attentive service.
